CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your booking you must give us 24 hours notice prior to your arrival via email to have your deposit returned. Deposits are 50% of the total price.

ROOM CLEANING

Please note that  we apply a 15 minute grace period to your bookings to allow our staff to clean and prepare your room

LATENESS

If your party is running late please call us and let us know. We will try our best to accomodate you, however please bear in mind that if we have other bookings after we cannot extend your booking and we will be unable to offer you a refund

We suggest that all bookings arrive between half an hour and one hour before their booking

BREAKAGES

Any damage or theft to equipment or fixtures or fittings will be charged to the guest responsible for booking the room.

CCTV

Please note that we have CCTV in operation for the safety of our staff and customers

FOOD & DRINK

We do not allow customers to bring their own food and drink into LOOP. If you would like to have food during your visit to LOOP, we ask that you pre order during the booking procedure, this can be done online, over the phone or over email

OVER 18’s ONLY

LOOP is currently only available for customers over the age of 18 years old. Our staff may ask for ID at any point during your booking

CUSTOMER CONDUCT

We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to any groups or individuals that are over intoxicated in accordance to the licensing laws

LIABILITY

The company has no liability for any injury or personal property damage caused by misuse of the equipment.
